PERMISSION TO USE IMAGERY

 

I understand that XNO Media Ltd (hereby known as 'the Business') wishes to use any imagery ('the Photograph(s)') captured by the Business and featuring me for the purposes set out below.
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which I acknowledge, I confirm that:

  1. I grant the Business exclusive permission to use the Photograph(s):
    • on the Business' website, specifically;
      • to be displayed publicly on www.xnomedia.co.uk;
      • any sub-domain of xnomedia.co.uk
      • any social media sites under the pseudonym of:
        'ajrsportraits'
        'xnomedia'

  2. I understand that the Photograph may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published, or distributed; and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
  3. I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Photograph.
  4. I consent to the Business:
    • Storing copies of the Photograph for the Specified Purposes;
    • Storing my contact information in case the need arises to make contact with me for purposes not relating to marketing;
  5. I acknowledge that I have the right to:
    • Withdraw my consent to the Business using and storing copies of the Photograph for the Specified Purposes at any time;
    • Withdraw my consent to the Business storing my contact information;
    • Access the Photograph and any information the Business holds on me at any time;
    • Request that the Photograph and any information the Business holds relating to the Photograph be purged;
    • Request that any information the Business holds on me be purged from any materials, future materials, and internal databases by contacting the Business at this email address: hello@xnomedia.co.uk.
  6. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter of formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
